No occupancy discount during Christmas and New year
Should your reservation be cancelled for whatever reason, all monies paid will be refunded minus an administration fee of US$100, PROVIDED THE SPACE CAN BE RE-FILLED. This is usually possible but is not guaranteed and we recommend taking out travel insurance to cover this eventuality. If the space cannot be filled refunds are made only for extreme humanitarian reasons and at the sole discretion of the villa operator.
